Both the Central Loop and West Loop Shuttles meet morning and afternoon peak-hour Metro-North trains, Monday through Friday. Service is not available on Saturday and Sundays and the following holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Train Delay Policy
When the trains are running late, the Shuttles will wait up to 4 minutes after their scheduled departure time. We wait up to 20 minutes for the last train in the morning.

These shuttles are a joint service of the Connecticut Department of Transportation and the Norwalk Transit District.

All shuttles are wheelchair accessible.
