Easy Access is the Door to Door transportation service available to anyone who is disabled, unable to use the public bus service and is ADA certified wishing to travel within the 4 town (striped) service area shown below. Easy Access is available for travel in Stamford or 3/4 mile on either side of the Post Road in Greenwich, 3/4 mile on either side of the Post Road in Darien, and 3/4 mile on either side of the Post Road to the Riverview Mall in Norwalk. The service has a diversified fleet of vehicles with trained drivers sensitive to the special needs of the disabled.

Easy Access is the paratransit service required by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and is coordinated by Norwalk Transit District. This door to door transportation serves Greenwich, Stamford, Darien, and Norwalk.

Easy Access Eligibility and Travel Area


FARE: ADA/Door-to-Door tickets are $2.50 a piece, $2.25 when purchasing in quantities of 10 at one time. Fares are pre-paid tickets that are handed to the driver. Tickets are available in person or through the mail at the Norwalk Transit District, Transportation Association of Greenwich, Westport Town Hall Human Services Department, and Stamford Government Center.
