Sandy Kornberg is a senior international marketing communications and advertising professional, with extensive operational experience in premier global advertising agency networks. 

His 30-year career has consisted of regional and country line management positions, living and working in virtually every Asia-Pacific market (he resided in Japan, Hong Kong, Philippines). He has also worked extensively in Western, Central and Eastern Europe, the U.S., Africa, and Latin/South America.  During his successful overall 30-year career with The Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc., he was assigned to work with two member advertising agencies, McCann-Erickson WorldGroup and Ammirati Puris Lintas.  He also held Board of Director positions in China, Hong Kong, Japan, and the U.S.. with both advertising agencies.  


Mr. Kornberg is a graduate of The University of Missouri School or Journalism, with a major in Advertising and Marketing.  He also completed post-graduate work at Northwestern University, and the University of Chicago.


In 1996, for his professional achievements, he received the University of Missouri, School of Journalism Award, for “Distinguished Service in International Journalism and Advertising”. Additionally, in 2010, he received the "Medal for Merit" from the International Advertising Association, for his "Service to the International Marketing and Communications Industry" (presented in the Kremlin, Russia).  Additionally, he is currently an Adjunct Professor with University Of Missouri School Of Journalism in Columbia, Missouri, and is involved in their Study Abroad Program, taking students to Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore, and Prague.


He is also a Certified Volunteer Firefighter in Greenwich, Connecticut.
